This notice describes what Western Exteriors does with information you give us through westernexterior.com, including the contact form and the roof estimator. Western Exteriors is a trade name of Roof, LLC, a licensed contractor in Arizona (GC #333063) and Pennsylvania (HIC #PA217971).
Our host records standard server request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and to keep the site running. We use fonts served by Google, which means Google receives a request from your browser when a page loads. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
The estimator returns a range, not a bid. It is derived from aerial imagery and our current material and labor rates. Nothing about it is a contract or an offer, and the number will move once someone stands on the roof. Your progress through the estimator is stored in your own browser so you can return to it; clearing your browser data removes it. Your answers reach us only when you submit the final step.
When you check the consent box, you are agreeing that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry, including through automated dialing or texting systems. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us in writing at john@westernexterior.com and we will stop contacting you. We do not send marketing newsletters.
We share information only with parties who need it to do the work: our form and hosting provider, the subcontractor crew assigned to your roof, material suppliers for delivery, your insurance carrier or adjuster if you ask us to work a claim, and financing partners only if you apply. Each gets the minimum needed. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Inquiries that do not become jobs are kept for two years. Records tied to work we performed are kept for at least seven years, or longer where contractor licensing, warranty, or lien law requires it.
Write to john@westernexterior.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to the record-keeping obligations above. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this notice changes materially we will update the effective date above. The version in force is the one posted when you submit information to us.
